Sebench’s founder and President, Mike Swahn, has 26 years of experience in dealing with high-hazard industries. Prior to starting Sebench in 2007 he worked for Allianz Insurance and IRI. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.In his current role as President and Principal Engineer of Sebench Engineering Inc., he provides guidance to the staff, and serves as the primary interface to our major clients. His skills include cost benefit analysis for improvements and upgrades. He assists in project management, contract review, and drafts project specifications on selected projects. In addition, he advises Executive Management teams on loss control improvements for acquisitions and existing facility fire protection upgrade projects.
