- Sebench is also providing Fire Protection Design for Essar Steel – Minnesota. When completed, this Essar facility will be the largest integrated mine-to steel production facility in the U. S. Sebench has been involved from the conceptual phase to assure that the very complex hazards be considered for the total facility. Multiple fire pumps, water supply sources, process hazards and climate concerns have presented many challenges. Sebench continues to provide support and services as the project continues into the construction phases.
